Will My Cigars Be Plain In Packaging?

This depends on how your cigars were imported. If your cigars were imported through America’s official Cuban cigar importer, Havana House, then they will be required to be plain packaged.

However, as a First Nations company on First Nations land, we are able to source cigars outside of The United States, These cigars may not be plain packaged.

What if the cigars i ordered are out of stock

If you place an order and some of the requested cigars are not available, we will refund those products and ship the remaining order.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 days to appear on your bank statement or credit card.

What if i the cigars i ordered are damaged

If your cigars arrive damaged, please leave them in their packaging and take a photo of the damage. Contact us documenting the damage and we will help you with our return process.

After we receive your damaged cigars we will replace or refund your products.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear on your bank statement or credit card.

Will my credit card statement mention any association with the purchase of tobacco or cigars?

There is no reference to tobacco or cigars.

All orders are processed under “United Trading” to insure discreet delivery and billing of your cigars.

Cigars are vacuum sealed and protected with bubble wrap so you will always get them in optimal conditions.

My shipment is missing some orders. why?

We ship from 2 different locations. This means that some of your orders can contain products from each location. If that’s the case, we will ship the different parts in different boxes at no extra cost.

Please check your order information in your Luxury cubans and your email. You will receive 2 different tracking numbers and receive the packages in different times. Please don’t worry, you will receive both packages!
