For the money you can’t beat them. This is the third box I have ordered and the cigar is a little inconsistent on the draw but a good smoke. The ones that draw well are a pleasure to smoke. Good for working around the yard or on the golf cart. The tight ones are a little difficult but still a good smoke. I don’t think you can find a cigar at this price that tastes this good draw issues or not.

Draw starts off tight then loosens about halfway. Very mangy looking wrapper. Can be a little inconsistent. Having said that I found them delicious with a great aroma. Starts off pretty mild but builds to a nice medium to full by the end. Vegetal young creamy fresh cut grassy flavours. Great everyday smoke for the price

I’ve bought these here a few times. Introduced to Jose L Piedra’s cigars about 8 to 10 years ago while in the Caribbean in Philipsburg, Sint Maartan. Could not get over the burn, draw as well as the taste of this little $3 a stick smoke. Since then I have been bringing home a few boxes every time from the Islands but mostly from Aruba as it is usually the last stop on the cruise. I was so happy to be able to get them anytime. This is an everyday, anytime smoke at a price that you don’t have to buy the D.R. or Honduras cheep smokes that are loosely packed. I can’t afford to smoke 2 or 3 prime expensive sticks a day, so these GREAT little Brevas fill the bill. And they last longer than most of the softly packed cigars.
